Homedale Trojans (Homedale, ID) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Payette Pirates (Payette, ID), 15-0 in a league challenge.

The Trojans now own a 7-4 record. They take the field next when they host Parma for a 3A Snake River Valley challenge on Wednesday, April 10. Homedale will face a Panthers squad coming off a 8-1 league win over Fruitland (Fruitland, ID). The Panthers record now stands at 12-0.

With the loss, Payette falls to 0-8 on the campaign. The Pirates host Weiser (Weiser, ID) to face the Wolverines in a 3A Snake River Valley challenge on Wednesday, April 10. The Wolverines enter the challenge with a record of 6-5. Weiser won 6-3 in their recent league challenge against McCall-Donnelly (McCall, ID)
