The Santa Rosa Lions softball team scored 22 runs and limited the host Logan Longhorns to 15 in the Lions league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Santa Rosa improves its record to 4-6 on the year. The Lions host Mora (Mora, NM) to clash with the Rangers/Rangerettes in a non-league game on Tuesday, April 9. The Rangers/Rangerettes come into the game with a record of 4-3. Mora lost 20-8 in their recent non-league game against Tucumcari (Tucumcari, NM)

In their next game, the Longhorns clash with the Dora Coyotes (Dora, NM) in a non-league game, on Thursday, April 11. Logan will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Coyotes come into the game with a 3-4 record after their 25-5 league loss to Loving (Loving, NM).
