Kentucky High School Baseball - Ryle defeats Covington Catholic

The Ryle Raiders (Union, KY) baseball trounced the visiting Covington Catholic Colonels (Park Hills, KY), 7-1 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.

The Raiders now own a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Greenup County for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 12. Ryle will clash with a Musketeers team coming off a 15-10 non-league win over Blazer (Ashland, KY). The Musketeers record now stands at 8-5.

With the defeat, Covington Catholic drops to 7-4 on the year. The Colonels host Archbishop McNicholas (Cincinnati, OH) to clash with the Rockets in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 10. The Rockets go into the challenge with a record of 2-2.
