In Tuesday's league game, the host DeWitt Dragons baseball team scored a nice 10-0 victory over the Drew Central Pirates.
The Dragons (12-6) will now prepare for their game against Palestine-Wheatley (Palestine, AR). The Patriots enter the non-league game with a 9-7 record. In their last game, Palestine-Wheatley was overwhelmed by Pulaski Academy (Little Rock, AR), 9-0, in a non-league game.
Next, the Pirates face the Central Cougars (West Helena, AR) in a 3A Region 8 game, on Friday, April 11. Drew Central will attempt to improve on its 5-8 season record.
