Pennsylvania High School Baseball - Malvern Prep defeats Episcopal Academy

The crowd at Tuesday's league battle between the Malvern Prep Friars (Malvern, PA) and the host Episcopal Academy Churchmen (Newtown Square, PA), saw Malvern Prep's baseball team gain a win over Episcopal Academy by a tally of 9-2.

The Friars (13-1) will now prepare for their battle against Germantown Academy (Fort Washington, PA). The Patriots enter the PAISAA challenge with a 5-1 record.

With the defeat, Episcopal Academy drops to 1-4 on the year. The Churchmen travel to William Penn Charter (Philadelphia, PA) to clash with the Quakers in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 11. The Quakers go into the challenge with a record of 2-3. William Penn Charter lost 3-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Springfield Township (Erdenheim, PA)
