In Tuesday's league game, the visiting Parkwood Wolf Pack baseball team scored a close 9-2 victory over the Forest Hills Yellow Jackets.
The Wolf Pack (5-11) will now prepare for their game against Porter Ridge (Indian Trail, NC). The Pirates enter the non-league game with a 3-11 record. In their last game, Porter Ridge was overwhelmed by Cuthbertson (Waxhaw, NC), 9-1, in a league game.
Next, the Yellow Jackets face the Parkwood Wolf Pack (Monroe, NC) in a Rocky River 2A/3A game, on Wednesday, April 9. Forest Hills will attempt to improve on its 5-10 season record. The Wolf Pack enter the game with a 5-11 record after their 9-2 league win over Forest Hills (Marshville, NC).
