The Goodpasture Christian Cougars baseball team scored 10 runs and held the host Nashville Christian Eagles to 0 in the Cougars league win on Tuesday.

The Cougars now own a 10-7 record. They take the field next when they host Rossview for a non-league test on Wednesday, April 9. Goodpasture Christian will play a Hawks team coming off a 12-1 non-league win over Loretto (Loretto, TN). The Hawks record now stands at 20-1.

With the defeat, Nashville Christian drops to 5-8 on the year. The Eagles travel to Goodpasture Christian (Madison, TN) to play the Cougars in a D II-A Middle 4 test on Wednesday, April 9. The Cougars go into the test with a record of 9-7. Goodpasture Christian won 12-2 in their recent non-league test against Grace Christian Academy (Franklin, TN)
