In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Pleasant Grove Eagles volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Elk Grove Thundering Herd.

The Eagles (10-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Sheldon (Sacramento, CA). The Huskies enter the challenge with a 11-7 record. In their last bout, Sheldon fell by Monterey Trail (Elk Grove, CA), 2-0, in a league bout.

With the loss, Elk Grove drops to 2-7 on the campaign. The Thundering herd travel to Manteca (Manteca, CA) to clash with the Buffaloes in a non-league bout on Friday, April 11. The Buffaloes come into the bout with a record of 16-4. Manteca won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Enochs (Modesto, CA)
