Fans at Tuesday's league test between the Monmouth Regional Falcons (Tinton Falls, NJ) and the host Middletown North Lions (Middletown, NJ), witnessed Monmouth Regional's lacrosse squad hold off Middletown North by a count of 7-6.

The Falcons (2-2) will now prepare for their test against Pinelands Regional (Tuckerton, NJ). The Wildcats enter the non-league test with a 1-1 record.

Next, the Lions battle the Freehold Township Patriots (Freehold, NJ) in a Shore - Freedom test, on Thursday, April 10. Middletown North will attempt to move on its 2-4 season record. The Patriots enter the test with a 3-1 record after their 10-7 non-league win over Ocean Township (Oakhurst, NJ).
