The Knights now possess a 4-0 record. They play next when they host William Byrd for a non-league bout on Wednesday, April 9. Cave Spring will play a Terriers squad coming off a 4-2 non-league win over Magna Vista (Ridgeway, VA). The Terriers record now stands at 3-1.

With the loss, Salem moves to 3-1 on the year. The Spartans travel to Blacksburg (Blacksburg, VA) to play the Bruins in a River Ridge bout on Friday, April 11. The Bruins go into the bout with a record of 6-0. Blacksburg won 8-0 in their recent league bout against Pulaski County (Dublin, VA)
