Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the Rogers Mountaineers (Rogers, AR) and the visiting Rogers Heritage War Eagles (Rogers, AR), saw Rogers's soccer squad hold off Rogers Heritage by a count of 1-0.

The Mountaineers (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against Northside (Fort Smith, AR). The Grizzlies enter the 6A West battle with a 2-7 record. In their last battle, Northside was edged by Springdale (Springdale, AR), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the War Eagles battle the Bentonville West Wolverines (Centerton, AR) in a 6A West battle, on Friday, April 11. Rogers Heritage will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Wolverines enter the battle with a 8-4 record after their 7-2 league win over Southside (Fort Smith, AR).
