In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Goochland Bulldogs lacrosse squad scored a tight 5-2 win over the Monticello Mustangs.

The Bulldogs (3-0) will now prepare for their contest against Albemarle (Charlottesville, VA). The Patriots enter the non-league contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Albemarle by Jefferson Forest (Forest, VA), 14-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Mustangs meet the Charlottesville Black Knights (Charlottesville, VA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, April 15. Monticello will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Black Knights enter the contest with a 1-3 record after their 13-3 non-league loss to Fluvanna County (Palmyra, VA).
