New Mexico High School Softball - Albuquerque Academy bounces Del Norte

In Tuesday's league match, the host Albuquerque Academy Chargers softball team scored a tight 7-0 win over the Del Norte Knights.
The Chargers (8-8) will now prepare for their match against Manzano (Albuquerque, NM). The Monarchs come into the non-league match with a 4-12 record. In their last match, Manzano was routed by La Cueva (Albuquerque, NM), 21-0, in a league match.
In their next game, the Knights confront the Valley Vikings (Albuquerque, NM) in a 4A District 6 match, on Thursday, April 10. Del Norte will attempt to better on its 3-15 season record. The Vikings come into the match with a 7-9 record after their 19-9 league win over Hope Christian (Albuquerque, NM).
