In Tuesday's league test, the Andrew Jackson Volunteers (Kershaw, SC) softball squad overwhelmed the host Central Eagles (Pageland, SC), by a tally of 12-4.
Next, the Volunteers meet the Lancaster Bruins (Lancaster, SC) in a non-league test, on Thursday, April 10. Andrew Jackson will attempt to advance on its 9-5 season record. The Bruins go into the test with a 7-9 record after their 7-0 non-league loss to Nation Ford (Fort Mill, SC).
The Eagles (0-10) will now prepare for their test against Chesterfield (Chesterfield, SC). The Golden Rams go into the non-league test with a 3-6 record. In their last test, Chesterfield was routed by Andrew Jackson (Kershaw, SC), 8-3, in a league test.
