The Bracken County Polar Bears softball team scored 15 runs and held the visiting Augusta Panthers to 0 in the Polar Bears league win on Tuesday.

The Polar Bears now sport a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Campbell County for a non-league battle on Wednesday, April 9. Bracken County will confront a Camels team coming off a 17-4 non-league win over Dixie Heights (Edgewood, KY). The Camels record now stands at 8-2.

With the loss, Augusta moves to 0-6 on the season. The Panthers travel to Manchester (Manchester, OH) to confront the Greyhounds in a non-league battle on Wednesday, April 9. The Greyhounds come into the battle with a record of 5-1. Manchester won 5-4 in their recent non-league battle against Clay (Portsmouth, OH)
