The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Beaufort Eagles (Beaufort, SC) and the visiting Woodland Wolverines (Dorchester, SC), observed Beaufort's softball team get by Woodland by a tally of 10-9.

The Eagles (7-7) will now prepare for their bout against Bishop England (Charleston, SC). The Battling Bishops go into the AAAA Region 6 bout with a 0-7 record. In their last bout, Bishop England was nipped by May River (Bluffton, SC), 20-1, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Wolverines battle the Andrews Yellowjackets (Andrews, SC) in a AA Region 6 bout, on Friday, April 11. Woodland will attempt to better on its 4-3 season record. The Yellowjackets go into the bout with a 10-2 record after their 7-4 non-league loss to Carvers Bay (Hemingway, SC).
