In Tuesday's league match, the visiting Gallup Bengals softball team scored a nice 15-0 victory over the Bloomfield Bobcats.

The Bengals (7-7) will now prepare for their match against Kirtland Central (Kirtland, NM). The Broncos go into the 4A District 1 match with a 9-10 record. In their last match, Kirtland Central gained a win over Miyamura (Gallup, NM), 10-5, in a league match.

In their next game, the Bobcats battle the Shiprock Chieftains (Shiprock, NM) in a 4A District 1 match, on Thursday, April 10. Bloomfield will attempt to better on its 4-12 season record. The Chieftains go into the match with a 6-9 record after their 20-2 league loss to Aztec (Aztec, NM).
