The Brookfield East Spartans softball team scored 2 runs and restricted the host Menomonee Falls Phoenix to 1 in the Spartans league victory on Tuesday.

The Spartans (2-1) will now prepare for their bout against Wauwatosa West (Wauwatosa, WI). The Trojans go into the Greater Metro bout with a 1-2 record. In their last bout, Wauwatosa West was nipped by Dominican (Whitefish Bay, WI), 18-0, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Phoenix battle the Germantown Warhawks (Germantown, WI) in a Greater Metro bout, on Thursday, April 10. Menomonee Falls will attempt to better on its 1-3 season record. The Warhawks go into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 3-2 league win over Brookfield East (Brookfield, WI).
