In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Buckeye Panthers softball team scored a nice 10-0 victory over the St. Joseph's - Plaucheville Eagles.
The Panthers (16-11) will now prepare for their match against Leesville (Leesville, LA). The Wampus Cats go into the non-league match with a 10-10 record. In their last match, Leesville was routed by Eunice (Eunice, LA), 12-6, in a league match.
In their next game, the Eagles battle the Avoyelles Mustangs (Moreauville, LA) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, April 9. St. Joseph's - Plaucheville will attempt to better on its 6-15 season record. The Mustangs go into the match with a 0-19 record after their 17-0 non-league loss to Montgomery (Montgomery, LA).
