Louisiana High School Softball - Episcopal bounces False River

The Episcopal Knights softball team scored 21 runs and held the visiting False River Gators to 15 in the Knights non-league win on Tuesday.
The Knights (8-8) will now prepare for their match against Baker (Baker, LA). The Buffaloes come into the 2A District 6 match with a 3-8 record. In their last match, Baker nipped Broadmoor (Baton Rouge, LA), 39-21, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Gators battle the Central Private Redhawks (Baker, LA) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, April 9. False River will attempt to better on its 7-12 season record. The Redhawks come into the match with a 10-7 record after their 7-4 non-league loss to Zachary (Zachary, LA).
