The Jordan-Matthews Jets softball squad (Siler City, NC), 6-4 in Tuesday's league contest with the host North Moore Mustangs (Robbins, NC)

With the triumph, North Moore improves its record to 12-4 on the year. The Mustangs host Bartlett Yancey (Yanceyville, NC) to face the Buccaneers in a Mid-Carolina 1A/2A contest on Wednesday, April 9. The Buccaneers enter the contest with a record of 1-8. Bartlett Yancey lost 17-2 in their recent league contest against Southeast Alamance (Haw River, NC)

The Jets now hold a 9-3 record. They play next when they host Southwestern Randolph for a non-league contest on Wednesday, April 9. Jordan-Matthews will face a Cougars squad coming off a 10-0 league win over Providence Grove (Franklinville, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 11-2.
