In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Mansfield Wolverines softball team scored a nice 41-21 victory over the Southwood Cowboys.

The Wolverines (4-12) will now prepare for their match against Lakeview (Campti, LA). The Gators go into the non-league match with a 2-13 record. In their last match, Lakeview was routed by Red River (Coushatta, LA), 20-2, in a league match.

In their next game, the Cowboys battle the Loyola College Prep Flyers (Shreveport, LA) in a non-league match, on Thursday, April 10. Southwood will attempt to better on its 1-13 season record. The Flyers go into the match with a 7-12 record after their 14-2 league win over North Caddo (Vivian, LA).
