The Marengo Indians softball team scored 13 runs and held the host Woodstock North Thunder to 2 in the Indians league win on Tuesday.

The Indians now possess a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Woodstock for a Kishwaukee River battle on Thursday, April 10. Marengo will confront a Blue Streaks team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Harvard (Harvard, IL). The Blue Streaks record now stands at 1-4.

With the loss, Woodstock North moves to 1-2 on the season. The Thunder travel to Plano (Plano, IL) to confront the Reapers in a Kishwaukee River battle on Thursday, April 10. The Reapers come into the battle with a record of 4-4. Plano lost 6-5 in their recent league battle against Sandwich (Sandwich, IL)
