Mena Bearcats (Mena, AR) boosters exited the stadium happy Tuesday as they observed their softball team prevail over the visiting Ozark Hillbillies (Ozark, AR), 10-0 in a league bout.

The Bearcats (8-2) will now prepare for their bout against Nashville (Nashville, AR). The Scrappers go into the non-league bout with a 12-6 record. In their last bout, Nashville knocked off Murfreesboro (Murfreesboro, AR), 7-1, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Hillbillies clash with the Waldron Bulldogs (Waldron, AR) in a 4A Region 4 bout, on Thursday, April 10. Ozark will attempt to advance on its 6-4 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 6-10 record after their 10-0 league loss to Pottsville (Pottsville, AR).
