The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Parkwood Wolf Pack (Monroe, NC) and the visiting Monroe Redhawks (Monroe, NC), observed Parkwood's softball team notch a victory over Monroe by a final score of 16-0.

The Wolf Pack (9-8) will now prepare for their bout against Piedmont (Monroe, NC). The Panthers go into the Rocky River 2A/3A bout with a 13-5 record. In their last bout, Piedmont gained a win over Central Cabarrus (Concord, NC), 6-3, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Redhawks battle the Central Academy Cougars (Monroe, NC) in a Rocky River 2A/3A bout, on Thursday, April 10. Monroe will attempt to better on its 1-15 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 8-8 record after their 15-0 league win over Forest Hills (Marshville, NC).
