The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Willis Wildkats (Willis, TX) and the host New Caney Eagles (New Caney, TX), observed Willis's softball team prevail over New Caney by a tally of 10-0.

The Wildkats (17-6) will now prepare for their bout against Conroe (Conroe, TX). The Tigers go into the 6A Region II District 13 bout with a 20-5 record. In their last bout, Conroe knocked off Grand Oaks (Spring, TX), 9-1, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Eagles clash with the Caney Creek Panthers (Conroe, TX) in a 6A Region II District 13 bout, on Friday, April 11. New Caney will attempt to advance on its 16-11 season record. The Panthers come into the outing with a 4-19 record after their 15-2 league loss to College Park (The Woodlands, TX).
