North Carolina High School Softball - Southwest Guilford bounces Southeast Guilford

April 8, 2025: High Point, NC 27265

In Tuesday's league match, the host Southwest Guilford Cowboys softball team scored a tight 16-11 win over the Southeast Guilford Falcons.

The Cowboys (10-8) will now prepare for their match against Wheatmore (Trinity, NC). The Warriors come into the non-league match with a 6-11 record. In their last match, Wheatmore was routed by Providence Grove (Franklinville, NC), 8-2, in a league match.

In their next game, the Falcons battle the Eastern Guilford Wildcats (Gibsonville, NC) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, April 9. Southeast Guilford will attempt to better on its 11-4 season record. The Wildcats come into the match with a 6-8 record after their 12-2 league win over Atkins (Winston-Salem, NC).
