The Warner Wildcats overwhelmed the visiting Vincent Memorial Scots softball squad by a count of 15-5 in Tuesday's league challenge.
Next, the Wildcats meet the Hoover Cardinals (San Diego, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, April 9. Warner will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record. The Cardinals go into the challenge with a 3-5 record after their 11-9 non-league win over Guajome Park Academy (Vista, CA).
The Scots (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Calipatria (Calipatria, CA). The Hornets go into the non-league challenge with a 1-6 record. In their last challenge, Calipatria toppled Borrego Springs (Borrego Springs, CA), 18-5, in a non-league challenge.
