The Abingdon Falcons baseball team scored 14 runs and held the visiting Ridgeview Wolfpack to 2 in the Falcons league win on Wednesday.

The Falcons now own a 8-0 record. They take the field next when they host Central Wise for a Mountain 7 test on Friday, April 10. Abingdon will clash with a Warriors team coming off a 19-2 league loss to Union (Big Stone Gap, VA). The Warriors record now stands at 0-2.

With the defeat, Ridgeview drops to 2-3 on the year. The Wolfpack host John Battle (Bristol, VA) to clash with the Trojans in a Mountain 7 test on Friday, April 17. The Trojans go into the test with a record of 6-1.
