The Northeast Vikings baseball team scored 18 runs and held the visiting Central Eagles to 10 in the Vikings league win on Wednesday.

The Vikings now own a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Center for a non-league test on Thursday, April 9. Northeast will clash with a Yellowjackets team coming off a 18-3 league win over Southeast (Kansas City, MO). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 4-3.

With the defeat, Central drops to 0-3 on the year. The Eagles travel to Guadalupe Centers (Kansas City, MO) to clash with the Aztecs in a Class 4 District 15 test on Monday, April 13. The Aztecs go into the test with a record of 2-2. Guadalupe Centers won 14-4 in their recent non-league test against The Daniel Academy (Kansas City, MO)
