Chardon Hilltoppers (Chardon, OH) fans left the game pleased Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Riverside Beavers (Painesville, OH), 6-4 in a league match.

With the triumph, Chardon advances its record to 3-2 on the season. The Hilltoppers host Shaker Heights (Shaker Heights, OH) to battle the Raiders in a non-league match on Thursday, April 9. The Raiders come into the match with a record of 0-3. Shaker Heights lost 4-2 in their recent non-league match against Archbishop Hoban (Akron, OH)

The Beavers now have a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Brunswick for a non-league match on Thursday, April 9. Riverside will battle a Blue Devils squad coming off a 8-2 non-league win over Mayfield (Mayfield, OH). The Blue Devils record now stands at 3-1.
