South Carolina High School Baseball - Easley edges Hillcrest

April 8, 2026: Easley, SC 29642

In Wednesday's league game, the host Easley Green Wave baseball team scored a close 4-2 win over the Hillcrest Rams.

The Green Wave (9-8) will now prepare for their game against Science Hill (Johnson City, TN). The Hilltoppers go into the non-league game with a 14-10 record. In their last game, Science Hill by Dobyns-Bennett (Kingsport, TN), 2-0, in a league game.

Next, the Rams play the Greenville Red Raiders (Greenville, SC) in a 5A Region 1 game, on Monday, April 13. Hillcrest will attempt to improve on its 14-5 season record. The Red Raiders go into the game with a 10-9 record after their 5-4 league win over Mauldin (Mauldin, SC).
