Ohio High School Baseball - Lowellville wallops Waterloo

The Lowellville Rockets baseball team scored 22 runs and held the host Waterloo Vikings to 3 in the Rockets league win on Wednesday.

The Rockets now own a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host Springfield for a Mahoning Valley Athletic - Scarlet test on Friday, April 10. Lowellville will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 12-0 league win over Memorial (Campbell, OH). The Tigers record now stands at 3-1.

With the defeat, Waterloo drops to 1-4 on the year. The Vikings host Jackson-Milton (North Jackson, OH) to clash with the Bluejays in a Mahoning Valley Athletic - Scarlet test on Thursday, April 9. The Bluejays go into the test with a record of 0-2. Jackson-Milton lost 8-4 in their recent league test against Western Reserve (Berlin Center, OH)
