The Bloomfield Bobcats crushed the host Gallup Bengals baseball team by a count of 11-2 in Saturday's league bout.
The Bobcats now possess a 11-7 record. They take the field next when they host Miyamura for a 4A District 1 bout on Tuesday, April 12. Bloomfield will face a Patriots team coming off a 5-4 league win over Kirtland Central (Kirtland, NM). The Patriots record now stands at 7-12.
Next, the Bengals face the Shiprock Chieftains (Shiprock, NM) in a 4A District 1 bout, on Tuesday, April 12. Gallup will attempt to move on its 3-9 season record. The Chieftains enter the bout with a 9-7 record after their 10-2 league loss to Aztec (Aztec, NM).
