In Saturday's non-league challenge, the Saltillo Tigers (Saltillo, MS) baseball squad the host North Pontotoc Vikings (Ecru, MS), by a final score of 7-2.
With the win, Saltillo upgrades its record to 19-5 on the season. The Tigers host West Point (West Point, MS) to battle the Green Wave in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 14. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 14-8. New Albany won 9-7 in their recent non-league challenge against Tupelo Christian Prep (Belden, MS)
