The Grant Community Bulldogs topped the host Huntley Red Raiders volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Bulldogs now have a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lake Forest Academy for a non-league test on Monday, April 11. Grant Community will confront a Caxys team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Christian Heritage Academy (Northfield, IL). The Caxys record now stands at 0-2.
The Red Raiders (1-7) will now prepare for their test against Saint Viator (Arlington Heights, IL). The Lions enter the non-league test with a 3-5 record. In their last test, Saint Viator gained a win over Elk Grove (Elk Grove Village, IL), 2-1, in a non-league test.
