In Saturday's league game, the host Damonte Ranch Mustangs baseball team scored a tight 7-2 victory over the Bishop Manogue Miners.
The Mustangs (6-9) will now prepare for their game against Spanish Springs (Sparks, NV). The Cougars go into the game with a 5-6 record. In their last game, Spanish Springs tipped Elko (Elko, NV), 9-8, in a non-league game.
