Mississippi High School Lacrosse - St. Benedict at Auburndale can't get by Regents

Regents Lions (Oxford, MS) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad edge the visiting St. Benedict at Auburndale Eagles (Cordova, TN), 7-6 in a non-league test.
The Lions now have a 7-0 record. They take the field next when they host St. Andrew's Episcopal for a MSLA test on Saturday, April 9. Regents will face a Saints squad coming off a 12-3 league loss to Regents (Oxford, MS). The Saints record now stands at 0-2.
In their next game, the Eagles face the St. Andrew's Episcopal Saints (Ridgeland, MS) in a non-league test, on Saturday, April 9. St. Benedict at Auburndale will attempt to move on its 1-10 season record. The Saints come into the test with a 0-2 record after their 12-3 league loss to Regents (Oxford, MS).
