Alaska High School Softball - Colony can't hold off Eagle River

The Eagle River Wolves softball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Colony Knights to 7 in the Wolves non-league triumph on Saturday.
With the triumph, Eagle River improves its record to 1-2 on the year. The Wolves host Bettye Davis East Anchorage (Anchorage, AK) to clash with the Thunderbirds in a Cook Inlet game on Monday, April 25. The Thunderbirds come into the game with a record of 0-0.
In their next game, the Knights clash with the Palmer Moose (Palmer, AK) in a non-league game, on Friday, April 15. Colony will attempt to improve on its 4-2 season record. The Moose come into the game with a 2-4 record after their 13-7 non-league win over Juneau-Douglas/Thunder Mountain (Juneau, AK).
