Utah High School Softball - Grand County holds off Richfield

April 9, 2022: Richfield, UT 84701

Spectators at Saturday's league match between the Grand County Red Devils (Moab, UT) and the host Richfield Wildcats (Richfield, UT), witnessed Grand County's softball squad tip Richfield by a count of 10-8.

The Red Devils now sport a 4-11 record. They play next when they travel to Carbon for a 3A Region 12 match on Monday, April 18.

With the loss, Richfield moves to 6-15 on the season. The Wildcats host South Sevier (Monroe, UT) to meet the Rams in a non-league match on Monday, April 18. The Rams go into the match with a record of 7-8. South Sevier won 18-3 in their recent league match against Piute (Junction, UT)
