Illinois High School Softball - Saint Viator loses to Marist

The Marist RedHawks softball team scored 11 runs and limited the host Saint Viator Lions to 2 in the RedHawks league triumph on Saturday.
With the triumph, Marist improves its record to 5-1 on the year. The RedHawks travel to Mother McAuley (Chicago, IL) to clash with the Mighty Macs in a non-league game on Monday, April 11. The Mighty Macs come into the game with a record of 1-2.
In their next game, the Lions clash with the Vernon Hills Cougars (Vernon Hills, IL) in a Central Suburban - North game, on Monday, April 11. Saint Viator will attempt to improve on its 3-6 season record. The Cougars come into the game with a 1-3 record after their 12-1 non-league loss to Riverdale (Port Byron, IL).
