Texas High School Softball - Rockport-Fulton bounces Miller

The Rockport-Fulton Pirates routed the host Miller Buccaneers softball squad by a count of 13-1 in Saturday's league battle.

The Pirates (22-5) will now prepare for their battle against West Oso (Corpus Christi, TX). The Bears go into the 4A Region IV District 26 battle with a 2-13 record. In their last battle, West Oso was routed by Miller (Corpus Christi, TX), 19-0, in a league battle.

The Buccaneers now sport a 16-11 record. They play next when they host Jones for a 4A Region IV District 26 battle on Monday, April 11. Miller will meet a Trojans squad coming off a 12-11 league loss to Calhoun (Port Lavaca, TX). The Trojans record now stands at 2-10.
