The Corning Bobcats baseball team scored 15 runs and limited the visiting Blytheville Chickasaws to 1 in the Bobcats non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Bobcats (6-6) will now prepare for their match against Harrisburg (Harrisburg, AR). The Hornets go into the 3A Region 3 match with a 13-6 record.

The Chickasaws (1-7) will now prepare for their match against Armorel (Armorel, AR). The Tigers go into the non-league match with a 9-5 record. In their last match, Armorel gained a win over Mammoth Spring (Mammoth Spring, AR), 5-1, in a league match.
