The DuVal Tigers baseball team (Lanham, MD), was overwhelmed 14-0 in Tuesday's league outing with the visiting Laurel Spartans (Laurel, MD)

The Spartans now hold a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Suitland for a Prince George's County 4A outing on Friday, April 12. Laurel will confront a Rams team coming off a 17-1 league loss to Eleanor Roosevelt (Greenbelt, MD). The Rams record now stands at 1-6.

Next, the Tigers confront the Flowers Jaguars (Springdale, MD) in a Prince George's County 4A outing, on Thursday, April 11. DuVal will attempt to advance on its 1-6 season record. The Jaguars go into the outing with a 5-1 record after their 8-5 league win over Northwestern (Hyattsville, MD).
