In Tuesday's league game, the visiting West Rusk Raiders baseball team scored a tight 2-1 victory over the Jefferson Bulldogs.
The Raiders (12-9) will now prepare for their game against Tatum (Tatum, TX). The Eagles go into the 3A Region II District 16 game with a 14-8 record. In their last game, Tatum tipped Waskom (Waskom, TX), 14-0, in a league game.
The Bulldogs (6-14) will now prepare for their game against Arp (Arp, TX). The Tigers go into the 3A Region II District 16 game with a 11-11 record. In their last game, Arp was edged by West Rusk (New London, TX), 15-5, in a league game.
