In Tuesday's league game, the host Pecos Eagles baseball team scored a tight 11-7 victory over the Monahans Loboes.
The Eagles (12-9) will now prepare for their game against Andrews (Andrews, TX). The Mustangs go into the 4A Region I District 3 game with a 10-14 record. In their last game, Andrews tipped Greenwood (Midland, TX), 6-4, in a league game.
The Loboes (8-12) will now prepare for their game against Fort Stockton (Fort Stockton, TX). The Panthers go into the 4A Region I District 3 game with a 13-9 record. In their last game, Fort Stockton was overwhelmed by Seminole (Seminole, TX), 5-1, in a league game.
