Brantley County Herons (Nahunta, GA) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the visiting Tattnall County Warriors (Reidsville, GA), 6-2 in a league challenge.

Next, the Herons confront the Appling County Pirates (Baxley, GA) in a 2A Region 3 challenge, on Thursday, April 11. Brantley County will attempt to better on its 5-10 season record. The Pirates enter the challenge with a 8-9 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Jeff Davis (Hazlehurst, GA).

The Warriors now have a 0-14 record.
