The Middlesex Chargers baseball team scored 21 runs and limited the visiting West Point Pointers to 0 in the Chargers non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Chargers (5-1) will now prepare for their match against Monacan (Richmond, VA). The Chiefs go into the non-league match with a 0-2 record. In their last match, Monacan was overwhelmed by Manchester (Midlothian, VA), 15-8, in a non-league match.
The Pointers (0-2) will now prepare for their match against King William (King William, VA). The Cavaliers go into the non-league match with a 4-1 record. In their last match, King William gained a win over Amelia County (Amelia Court House, VA), 7-1, in a non-league match.
