In Tuesday's league test, the visiting Topsail Pirates lacrosse squad scored a good 17-7 victory over the Hoggard Vikings.

The Pirates now have a 12-1 record. They take the field next when they host Ashley for a Mideastern test on Thursday, April 11. Topsail will face a Screaming Eagle squad coming off a 20-4 league win over New Hanover (Wilmington, NC). The Screaming Eagle record now stands at 8-2.

In their next game, the Vikings face the Laney Buccaneers (Wilmington, NC) in a Mideastern test, on Wednesday, April 10. Hoggard will attempt to move on its 5-5 season record. The Buccaneers come into the test with a 9-3 record after their 20-0 league win over West Brunswick (Shallotte, NC).
