The South Grand Prairie Warriors routed the visiting Arlington Colts softball squad by a final score of 14-3 in Tuesday's league battle.

The Warriors (15-12) will now prepare for their battle against Bowie (Arlington, TX). The Volunteers go into the 6A Region I District 8 battle with a 1-15 record. In their last battle, Bowie was routed by Haltom (Haltom City, TX), 11-0, in a non-league battle.

The Colts now possess a 14-14 record. They play next when they host Lamar for a 6A Region I District 8 battle on Friday, April 12. Arlington will meet a Vikings squad coming off a 11-6 league loss to Grand Prairie (Grand Prairie, TX). The Vikings record now stands at 7-20.
